Yeah I've been trying to find any errors associated with that upload and haven't seen anything yet, but I'm keeping my eye on it 👀
It can be anything, literally, from image data that is not coming through properly for server to send to browser to some non-supported image data additions messing up the stream etc. It's a damn needle in the haystack.
