Moving back downtown is not an option, i presume?
We're moving to some land just outside the city, but one day would like to have a place downtown again. We just outgrew our home with 2 kids 😅

That is somewhat evident when if one wishes for a family 8D) Happened to me/us, too, had my first own (as bought, not rented) home in a now-hipstercool-district in Helsinki. Would love to buy a flat there when our kids move to live on their own in about 5-8 years.
