Back again. During the chaos that is the first quarter of 2023, I decided that some time, I'd close my Twitter account, and move on to other social media platforms. I won't post as much as I tweet. I tweeted too much, to be fair. Lots of great options out there now.

Ultimately, I feel like the idea of the weblog is changing. It used to be an online diary of sorts. Now, it feels like an extension of expression, satirical or not. I also used it as a real time release for personal excitement. I don't think I could use anything else the same way.
I believe weblog as a concept has evolved with all forms for being online yet some are still blogging like it is still 90's and it's refreshing to me. I enjoy stumbling to Jeremy Keith's (adactio.com) posts, fantastic webdev-stuff but then fun glimpses of location notes "lunch there, drinks here".
