I remember when I ordered stuff on Amazon and it just came; never had delivery issues. Now like 10% have issues. Doesn't seem that high, unless you order about 10 things a week and then you're talking a problem a week.

Ordering groceries online is a hot topic in FIN at the moment and Amazon has been brought up in the discussion. Have you tried it out, i believe they own Whole Foods atleast?

They do. I've tried it and it's fine for some items. But over here Whole Foods is noticably more expensive than most other grocery stores so I don't do it often.

Is it being misplaced at the distribution center or once it's out for delivery?

Generally it's an issue before the delivery part. Often it starts from the wrong hub. If I see "Out for Delivery" but it lists a neighboring city in the metro I know it's not coming. Sometimes it will never get picked up. Others it just drops off during the process.
