Bug fix! Profile editing is working again 🤦‍♂️

Fixed the following video bugs ⚡️ ✅ Some browsers showing distorted video due to not supporting 10-bit video ✅ Controls not working for video Drops loaded when scrolling a timeline If you find a bug please let @noah know! 👋

Fixed a photo upload bug for Drops, avatars and cover photos to retain the correct color profile This caused some photos (notably with filters) to appear not as vibrant 📸

Video Drops are now live along with improved video playing controls! 🍿

Logins are now seamless between @glue and hosted domains as we get ready for the full rollout of custom domains Also moved to a new login system which will ask you to login again, but after that, all should be the same! Stay tuned for full announcement ⚡️

Pushed a bug fix to prevent blank blog Drop titles

The activity feed queue system wasn't working lately and caused Drops from those you follow to not show up. It has been fixed now! You should see other people's Drops in your Activity Feed now. Implementing better error notifications going forward, big apologies for the issue!

👉 Improved readability by focusing on the specified Drop clicked when viewing a thread with a parent Drop shown above

Drop threads now live! ⚡️ Changes include showing parent / sub-replies when viewing a Drop. Also the entire Drop is now clickable for easier navigation 🙌 More improvements still to come for long threads or with more than 2 tiers of replies

"Smart previews" for Glue links shared on Twitter and Facebook are now live! ⚡️🤖 A preview thumbnail will be generated for any Quote, Code snippet or blog Drop (with no featured image) when shared on those platforms. Example Glue url: glue.im/noah/99641696463097857

Fixed a bug that caused certain quotes with highlighting to not highlight again if they had been Rippled

First step in improving replies with threading in place ⚡️ Now you'll see the parent Drop for replies in your timeline and on the "Replies" tab of your profile. More improvements coming next when viewing an individual Drop.

Another bug fix 🤦‍♂️ Timeline activity processing was down due to an error on the queue processing system. The queue has been restarted and any Drops that were missed have now been processed and added to activity timelines.

Fixed formatting bug on blog Drops that caused some characters to not display correctly due to double html entity escaping.

Fixed XSS bug on blog Drops when certain characters caused the blog processing to error out and prevented XSS escape protections from running. Thanks to @krosskeys for the bug disclosure!

Improvement: Use better title tag and added meta description to help with SEO
