You're spot on! I've thought about this in the past & some options are if a Drop is edited: - Remove Likes/Ripples - Notify users of edit - Have a "history" changes - Limit edits to a small time window - Only blog Drops editable Each of these have pros/cons. Could do a combo of multiple. 🤔

Going back to this a bit... What is the exact difference between a ripple and a like?

Oh, why is this audio control white on a white background?

Ah, trying this time it picked a different colour. I guess there's a bug there... It should probably avoid choosing white!

So, here is a bit of synth fun. I played some noise through a filter and gave pitch information to the resonance, then ran that through a wasp filter for some extra distortion, and back it all up with a shuffly rhythm from a Moog DFAM. I call it Shuffling Wasp.

Playing around with the idea for an "edit" button for Drops...especially blog Drops 🤔

A lot of people want edit buttons on Twitter etc. too but they must be carefully managed. If you like something, then it is edited to say something entirely opposite, what is it that you have liked? The original or the edited? There has to be very careful signalling about what changed and when.
