Computer froze while browsing the Internet Wednesday evening. After a while it rebooted and this happened. I checked for loose HD connections yesterday (happened before with the RAM chips), then booted into BIOS but I don't know anything about that except everything seemed to be working there.

Happy new year to everyone from New Zealand to the middle of Asia at this stage.

My laptop, which I have almost 3 years now, takes a while to power up, the battery won't charge and the keyboard won't function. It'll stay on plugged in and I'm using my PC keyboard in a USB slot to type. I'll compare the price to repair with getting a new one to see if it's worth repairing.

Random post. I have two autoimmune diseases. Coeliac and type one diabetes. I call myself a coeliabetic. If someone with the same as me was diagnosed with diabetes first I'd call them diabeliac. #Coeliac #type1diabetes

Just noticed threads is available in Ireland now. Must have complied with EU data regulations. This could make it harder for glue to get the online traction twitter once did.

Thursday was Fibonacci day in America but in the rest of the world we normally write the date in ascending order DD/MM/YYYY. So 2311 doesn't quite work.

I deactivated my twitter account and uninstalled the app from my PC and phone. Since they put in that algorithm-based "for you" feed the regular feed doesn't refresh properly. I just want to scroll through all tweets from who I follow and have the freedom to choose what I read and scroll past.

I went on twitter at the weekend and noticed a big change. A new "for you" feed opens as the default when you go on the app now. T

Happy new year Glue! Yeah, a bit late, I know. The plan for this year is to properly relearn the guitar, document the process in a series of videos and upload them to youtube as I go along. If others want to learn along with me from the videos it might be the incentive I need to keep going.

I'm reading a book at the moment called #TheFearBubble by #AntMiddleton. I'm only in the fourth chapter but there are already some mentality insights that I can relate to myself and possibly use his techniques for dealing with different types of fear to open opportunities in my own life.
