Logging calories was the best thing to help me lose weight and stay under daily intake goal.
It’s surprising how many calories are in foods I didn’t realize.
I was doing low carb but frankly I'm tired of sacrificing the foods I enjoy but that would be considered "unhealthy" in the diet (e.g. Greek yogurt with granola, sweet potatoes, wheat pasta).
Calories In makes sense to me at a basic level.
