The nice guy that finished first, founder of Glue / Ark and previously Twitpic.
F'n douches, what's the reward i'm wondering? Twitpic was quite big but i guess not many peeps remember or even know about it, merely us who achieved desired layout with 11 levels of nested tables 😆🔥👌
Good question, not for sure, this was a while back. Ah yes, Twitpic! The glory days... Coming back for round two with Glue 🙌
Actually never had one but I think there may be someone impersonating me on there or at least used to 🥸
Can i get somekind of badge for this? Like M$ MVP's do? :D I coin something myself and run it through you before posting it? :D)))
I managed to replicate it on desktop: i clicked my first posted comment starting "Ping @...". That particular comment is activated(? font is enlarged a bit) and blog drop initial paragraph is cut from t of "this". Hope i managed to explain it clearly.
Ah wow yes that is a bug! It shouldn't be displaying the blog drop that way, it should go into the "blog" view... I'll investigate, thanks for the great bug find!
Hmm, found a bit of oddity(?) as i logged in on phone (iOS & Safari), blog drops seem to be restricted to the physical size of a regular drop. Maybe it's something to be addressed in the future.
Do you have a screenshot of that? They should display full width on mobile or desktop, I'll take a look and see what the issue is.
That sure is an aspect to consider thoroughly. Maybe some threshold for riples or diff on characters from original would do it in conjunction with "originally was" disclaimer or similar. My mere 2c, can not comperehend all problematics involved.
Time-limit based editing for normal Drops is probably what we'll start out with a longer edit available for blog Drops
Good catch, yeah that needs to be added along with being able to embed Drops in a blog post as well, thanks for the heads up! 🙌
Yeah! 👍 An edit function is being thought out, especially for blog drops. The main issue I’m working to handle is someone editing a drop after it’s been rippled (reposted) many times, to prevent someone posting an innocent drop then say editing it later to contain explicit content as an example
Sometimes the whole world (and what happens on it) is just too much for me...
We are in unprecedented times but what I’ve found for myself is watching less news, which is designed to feed a fear cycle of information
Ah yes those should probably be clickable I think they are just showing the counts now Thanks for the heads up!
It reposts/shares that Drop on your timeline, like a retweet on Twitter Adding “ripples” to a Drop means it has more reach
I almost deleted my instagram profile because of the feed but they changed back to the previous version. I might still delete it. I told people I'm on here when telling them I was deleting instagram and I hope they give this a try. I'd be here more often if there was an android app.
Good shot! I’ve been wanting to take the fam on a trip out west to see the desert and national parks one day
